Accolades to Volunteers!!! – Summer 2006

At Vincent Bluff, volunteers have done an excellent job with tree removal which has greatly reduced the cost of tree removal but more importantly, has prevented further degradation to the existing prairie. This past year, piles of tree slash have been removed via chipping/hauling efforts by two separate vendors. Ground cover was planted and will continue to be planted in the areas where the trees have been removed.
